Abstract

The article is devoted to a comparative legal description of the legal framework for the provision of public services by public authorities in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan. The article discusses the controversial issues of legislative practice and makes proposals for the adaptation of its positive experience in the legislation of a cross-border state.
