Abstract

The legal nature of the business reputation of legal entities for a long time raises questions among members of the legal community. Analysis of the literature and judicial practice indicates a lot of problems around the definition of business reputation and its property content. The property nature of the right to business reputation of legal entities is studied at an interdisciplinary level and creates many difficulties for the legal and economic sciences.
