Abstract

The article proves the validity of the application of the regional-ethnic approach to foreign language education in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), which is characterized by the presence of the national-regional component in all spheres of individual life activity. The authors identify a number of features to be taken into account, which serve as a basis of the regional-ethnic approach to foreign language education.
