It is my honor to welcome all of you to Yichang, China to participate in the 2013 International Conference on Software Engineering and Computer Science (ICSECS 2013). ICSECS 2013 will provide an excellent international academic forum for sharing knowledge and result in theory, methodology and applications of software engineering and computer science.
ICSECS 2013 is sponsored by Lanzhou University, Sichuan University, Sichuan Normal University, Henan Normal University, Chongqing University and some other research institutes.
These proceedings collect the up-to-date, comprehensive and worldwide state-of-art knowledge on software engineering, computational sciences and computational science application. All accepted papers were subjected to strict peer-reviewing by 2-4 expert referees. The papers have been selected for these proceedings because of their quality and the relevance to the conference. We hope these proceedings will not only provide the readers a broad overview of the latest research results on software engineering, computational science and computational science application, but also provide the readers a valuable summary and reference in these fields.
