Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of community kinship, towards effectiveness of student’s activity at the level of study program in Manado State University/ Universitas Negeri Manado. The fact shown that currently, national solidarity remains fragile. Why fragile? Caused by ‘’climate’’ change which is physical environment, technology. Transportation, communication/information, political structure and economy, social structure and culture. Student as the candidate of nation leader. His very age is the identity finding which similar to labelling. Labelling meets the uncertainty, vague ‘’future’’. ‘’old value’’ inadequate anymore, Indonesia as the gathering road achieving ‘’unclear’’ future and a role model quite difficult to be found, in the situation, ‘empty soul’. As the consequence of it was the hedonistic behavior, ideology/religion and radicalism. The way to solve the problem is by affirming, socialization and internalization of the relevant values becoming shared value, value operationalizing and strengthening ‘’the effective gathering walk’’ to achieve future, begun with being a role model of a leader and lecture, the refraction through program management that carried out values and coaching of Pancasila values that conducted holistically and all together, by means of it a wide kinship community will be established such passing through genetic boundary, race, ethnic, culture and religion. Student executive board is a place to make concrete it through programs and student’s activity. Survey research method was used with correlational approach aims to examine the influence of community kinship, towards the effectiveness of student’s activity at the study program level at Universitas Negeri Manado. The findings of this study revealed that there is a positive effect of community kinship towards the effectiveness of student activity. The analysis findings that were put in the table of variety analysis showed that regression of the effectiveness of student activity on community kinship was really significant. This conclusion was taken by showing the value on Fcount is 89,17 meanwhile Ftable at the independent numerator degree 1 and denominator 77 at α = 0,05 is 3,96 and Ftable at α = 0,01 is 6,96. By showing the value comparison of Fcount with Ftable so that can be concluded the regression equation Ŷ = 32,534 + 0.795X was really significant. The result of analysis about linier regression as seen in the table of analysis varians it was obtained Fhitung = 1,37. Meanwhile Ftabel at the independent degree numerator is 30 and independent degree denominator 47 for each value of Ftable was obtained (0,05) = 1,66 and Ftable(0,01) = 2,06. By comparing Fcount value with Ftable it can be seen that Fcount is less than Ftabel at α = 0,01. (Fhitung = 1.37 < Ftabel = 2,06). By observing linier test criteria so then can be concluded that the regression equation Ŷ = Ŷ = 32,534 + 0.795X is linier
