Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain an alternative application of the best clean production in the Bondowoso cassava tape industry. The method used in this research is Analytical Network Process (ANP) with the help of software decisions. The results of determining the best alternative for implementing clean production in cassava tape industry are biogas (0.28245), cassava peel flour (0.21194), animal feed (0.18485), organic fertilizer (0.16831), and cassava skin crackers ( 0.15245). So it can be concluded that the alternative application of the best clean production for cassava tape industry is biogas.
