Proceedings of the International Conference on Social Science 2019 (ICSS 2019)
The 2nd International Conference on Social Science (ICSS 2019), held on 17th-18th October 2019 in the city of heroes and one of the earliest port cities in Southeast Asia, Surabaya (Indonesia). The conference theme is “Industrial Revolution 4.0: The opportunities and challenges in elevating local resources contribute to develop a better world”. This conference is focused on several disciplines including Law, Education, Cultural and Communication Studies, History, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, and Library Sciences and expected that the conference can show various kinds of cultural differences throughout the world.
This conference is hosted by University of Trunojoyo Madura and organized by Universitas Negeri Surabaya, Universitas Negeri Makassar, Universitas Negeri Manado, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta, Bali State Polytechnic, Jember State Polytechnic, Universitas Musamus, Universitas Khairun Ternate and Universitas Kadiri. On this occasion, 2 plenary speakers and 3 keynote speakers had delivery their outstanding research works in Social Science. There were 271 oral presentation by participants which brought great opportunity to share their recent research works knowledge among each other graciously.
Thank you to all reviewers who have provided comments and corrections to all submitted papers to improve the quality of papers. Efforts of the committee, volunteer students, and administrative assistant are gratefully appreciated. The last but not least, we are very thankful to all the authors who submitted papers, because of which the conference became a success story. It was the quality of their presentation and their passion to communicate with the other participants that really made this conference series a grant success. We are looking forward to the 3rd ICSS which will be scheduled in 2020.
