Proceedings of the 2017 3rd International Conference on Social Science and Higher Education

These are the proceedings of the 3rd International Conference on Social Science and Higher Education (ICSSHE-17), which was held on September 28-30, 2017 at Sanya, China and organized by Hainan University, Sanya University and Xiamen University Tan Kah Kee College.

With the advent of information era and the fast development of the education, more and more researchers in related fields have begun to make studies on some new ideas and methods in Social Science and Higher Education. ICSSHE 2017 can provide a fantastic opportunity to bring academic scientists, industry researchers and students together to exchange and share their experiences and research results about most aspects of Social Science and Higher Education, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.

During the conference, the organizing committee received 562 manuscripts from different countries and regions, such as Czech Republic, Russia, United Kingdom, Japan, USA, Macao and Mainland of China. Every submission has been peer reviewed by 2-3 reviewers in the right area and 169 papers were accepted on the basis of originality, significance, and clarity for the purpose of the conference and most of them have been presented on the conference via oral or poster. It was an exciting technical program. The proceeding records the fully refereed papers presented at the conference. Hopefully, all participants and other interested readers benefit scientifically from it and also find encouragement in the process.

The proceedings are published by Atlantis Press(www.atlantis-press.com), and will be submitted for CPCI and Google Scholar index. Taking this opportunity, we would like to thank all the authors and reviewers for their endeavors that make the paper reviewing and publication efficiently available. Without their excellent editorial work, ICSSHE 2017 will not be published so timely and successfully.
