Abstract

In recent years, the Party Committee of the Scientific Creation Group has earnestly implemented the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the CPC and the 4th and 5th Plenary Sessions of the 17th Central Committee of the CPC, adhered to the scientific concept of development as a guide, strengthened the Party's governing capacity and advanced nature as the main line, focused on giving full play to the role of the Party organization, promoting the scientific development of enterprises, and improved the leading body. Starting with the system, it is necessary to improve the organizational system, innovate the working methods, construct a long-term mechanism, effectively solve the problems of Party building in non-public enterprises, and preliminarily explore a new way to strengthen Party building in non-public enterprises.
