Website: https://ifple.unprimdn.ac.id/#about The 1st International Forum on Psychology, Law, and Education (IFPLE 2025) was held on 13 November 2025 at Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI), Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia. With the theme “Trade, Labor Rights, and Social Protection in ASEAN: Social Sciences and the Humanities Perspectives for Equitable Growth,” this conference brought together to foster interdisciplinary dialogue, promote inclusive policy-making, and encourage equitable growth across ASEAN nations through academic and policy-based collaboration. IFPLE 2025 featured 5 international speakers, 200 accepted papers, 20 posters, and more than 1,000 participants from 4 countries, making it one of the largest interdisciplinary meetings hosted by UNPRI. The selected papers in this proceedings have undergone peer review and reflect current advancements in The selected papers in this proceedings have undergone peer review and reflect current advancements in Trade, Labor Rights, and Social Protection. We extend our appreciation to our co-host institutions including Universitas Medan Area, Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al Washliyah Medan, and many others for their invaluable collaboration. Our gratitude also goes to the reviewers, session chairs, and authors for their contributions to the scientific quality of this publication. This proceedings volume is expected to advance scholarly inquiry and promote on going collaboration in fostering equitable growth through strengthened trade systems, labor rights, and social protection within the ASEAN region.
