- Abstract
This study examines the post-adoption effects of Construction 4.0 (C4.0) technologies on the sustainable performance of Vietnamese construction firms. Drawing on the Diffusion of Innovation and Socio-technical Systems theories, survey data from 215 firms in Vietnam’s Mekong Delta were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The results show that relative advantage, compatibility, trialability, observability, and complexity all positively influence sustainable performance. The findings provide empirical evidence from a developing country context and highlight the importance of aligning C4.0 adoption attributes with organizational processes to support triple bottom-line sustainability.
