The 9th International Scientific and Practical Conference, "Actual problems of social and labour relations" was held on December 16, 2021. The main organisers are the Dagestan Federal Research Centre and the Institute of Socio-Economic Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The range of research issues of the speakers' presentations was related to considering the problems of the formation of social and labour relations in various spheres of our life. The conference participants widely covered the issues of the formation of adaptation strategies of different groups of the population, their behavioural characteristics and the problems of individual socialisation across various life conditions and circumstances.
