Abstract

The article substantiates the problem of research related to overweight in women. The reasons leading to weight gain and the characteristic of types of a female figure are considered. The characteristic of types of power exercises, its characteristics and application in the classroom. Here is given the phased plan for the use of facilities of gymnastics power with the individual characteristics of women and the results of the pedagogical experiment.
