Abstract

The problem of the possibility of developing the triple helix model in regions of Russia is discussed. Specifics of this process is explained. Barriers immanently inherent to network interaction subjects (university-business-government) as well as the current conditions are analyzed. It is pointed out that readiness for role modification of the regional university, business and authority in the triple helix model discourse does not correspond to the requirements of the economic system transformations
