Abstract

As the epidemic prevention and control has entered a normalized mode, stabilizing employment and ensuring the employment of residents have become the focus of attention. The platform economy has become an important channel for absorbing employment, and its contribution to industrial transformation and upgrading cannot be ignored. This specific period after the epidemic era is the research background. This article analyzes the impact of the platform economy on employment by listing specific cases, and puts forward several suggestions on promoting the development of the platform economy, thereby driving high-quality employment.
