Proceedings of the 2020 5th International Conference on Modern Management and Education Technology (MMET 2020)

Welcome to 2020 5th International Conference on Modern Management and Education Technology (MMET 2020). The conference was successfully held during September 18-20 in Changsha, China. It will provide an excellent international forum for sharing knowledge and results in theory, methodology and applications of Modern Management and Education Technology. MMET 2020 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Modern Management, Education Technology to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Modern Management, Education Technology and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Modern Management, Education Technology and related areas.

The meeting focused on the latest research fields of “Modern Management” and “Education Technology”. It consists of two parts: oral presentations and speeches of keynote speakers. More than 150 participants attended the meeting, they were from China, South Korea, India, Iran, Malaysia, Nicosia and more.

In the keynote presentations part, we invited two professors as our keynote speakers. The first one, Assoc. Prof. Bin Zou, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, China. He had outstanding research in Artificial intelligence, Computer-assisted language teaching, Mobile learning fields. His speech topic is: Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) for speaking practice in EFL context. His present study is to be considered preliminary to further investigation into strategies for the development of AI-EFL for speaking skills. This research will boost interdisciplinary studies of AI technology for EFL, contributing to scholarship at local and international level. The other keynote speaker, Prof. Boon TAN, PSB Academy, Singapore, presented his latest research: Applying the Kirkpatrick Model to Developing an Effective Charge Nurse Course in the Singapore Context. His research aimed to provide a firm foundation in which the CNC development can be contextualised towards the local hospital by recognising the similarities and differences in the CN roles across the world in order to establish the best approaches and pedagogies for the development of an effective CNC – a course to prepare SSNs for the newly developed CN role and facilitate leadership transition.

The proceedings are a compilation of the accepted papers and represent an interesting outcome of the conference. This book covers 7 chapters: 1. Education Science. 2.Management Science. 3.Culture. 4.Psychology. 5.Sports. 6.law. 7.Other related topics. All the papers have been through rigorous review and process to meet the requirements of International publication standard.

We are really grateful to the International/ National advisory committee, keynote speakers, session chairs, organising committee members. Also, we are thankful to all the authors for contributing a large number of papers in the conference, because of which the conference became a story of success. It was the quality of their presentations and their passion to communicate with the other participants that really make this conference series a great success.
