Abstract

Fresh graduate employment has become a national problem in the social development of our country in recent years, the difficult employment is not only related to national policy, social development pattern, also may be associated with class style of study construction of institutions of higher learning. So this article wants to the construction of class collective study style as the main body Angle, by field survey and pluralistic regression model as the basic theory, the employment of colleges and universities of our country and class study style construction of colleges and universities in index detailed study of the correlation between, in order to get to the college students employment quality planning and improvement.
