Abstract

To solve the problems of “disconnection between subjective experience and quantitative analysis” and “insufficient accuracy of a single model” in the quality evaluation of ordinary high school mathematics teaching, this paper constructs an evaluation model combining AHP and BP neural network. AHP determines the weights of each evaluation index to reduce the influence of subjective factors, while BP neural network receives the adjusted evaluation index data through forward propagation of AHP weights, and then transmits the signal to the hidden layer. The hidden layer weights the signal and then transmits it to the output layer, which finally outputs the evaluation results of the teaching quality. The reverse propagation is a process of error reverse correction, which compares the predicted results of the output layer with the actual evaluation results, and iterates the forward and reverse propagation process until the value of the error function is less than the preset threshold, and the model training is completed, so as to achieve the accurate evaluation of the teaching quality. The combination of the two can give full play to the advantages of both, make up for the shortcomings of the traditional evaluation method, and provide a more scientific, accurate and comprehensive solution for the quality evaluation of ordinary high school mathematics teaching.
