Abstract

The article is devoted to legal issues related to criminal justice and is focused on corrupt practices. Both general legal and private law aspects, namely criminal, criminally-remedial, forensic and criminological aspects have been considered resulting in practical recommendations that can be applied in both judicial and investigative practices.
