Abstract

Virtual reality (VR) technology has been highly anticipated by the consumer market since its inception. In order to be accepted by more users, researches on VR are required to focus not only on technical efficiency and expressiveness, but also on user-friendliness. According to user feedback, motion sickness is found to be a significant factor affecting the experience. Users need to take measures, such as sitting down and limiting their range of motion to alleviate motion sickness and experience VR comfortably, which means users require more convenient modes of operation. Therefore, to accommodate the situation, several user-friendly designs in different areas are introduced with their present application, showing the direction of VR.
