This study aims to determine: whether there is effect of scientific inquiry learning model to conceptual knowledge; whether there is effect of science inquiry learning model to science process skill; whether the conceptual knowledge of students with high science process skills is better than students with low scientific process skills. This research is a quasi experiment research. The population in this research is all students of class IV State Elementary School 101928 Rantau Panjang Pantai Labu in academic year 2018/2019 which consists of three classes. The sample is selected by cluster random sampling of two classes. The instruments used are conceptual knowledge test, science process skill test and observation sheet of learning activity. The data obtained from the research instrument then analyzed using one-way anova in SPSS 20 program.
