Abstract

Aiming at the demand of domestic skilled workers of new energy vehicles at present, the development status and the talent demand for new energy vehicles industry in China were analyzed, taking the major of new energy vehicles technique in Chongqing creation vocational college as an example, the reformation on the practical teaching were discussed, including the necessity of practical teaching reformation, the innovation for practical teaching mode, reformation for practical teaching platform, the reformation of the teacher’s training and practical effect, then the measures for future improvement is put forward.
