Abstract: With the continuous deepening of educational reform, the construction of the extracurricular practical activity system for college students is of great significance for enhancing students’ comprehensive quality and cultivating talents who can meet the actual needs of the future. This paper analyzes the current situation of extracurricular practical activities for college students, clarifies three core principles for constructing the extracurricular practical activity system, designs and analyzes the system while establishing four major practical content modules, and proposes five safeguard measures to build a complete extracurricular practical activity system. This system provides strong support for cultivating high-quality and professional new-type talents.
