Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation on business performance broiler breeders in Riau province. Sampling is done using convenience sampling by adjusting the factors required by the researcher. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis was done by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). From the research results obtained the value of path coefficient of 0.239 with current ratio 2.780 and P value 0.004. The current ratio value is greater than the statistical table (1,960) and the P value is less than 0.05 which means the motivation has significant effect on the performance. The value of the coefficient of the path marked positive has the meaning that the higher the motivation the better the performance.
