Abstract

"Micro-age" is a "new" network that contains information dissemination, individual communication way, life style and other forms. In light of the existing problems, the micro-age art education and management in colleges and universities should strengthen the innovation, take cultivate the innovative talents as the main line, set up the open education management idea, strengthen the teachers' construction and strict management system.
