Abstract

The article considers moral values of Russian young men. The authors consider moral values as the key features of future specialists. The research conducted by the authors is devoted to the problem discussed in the article. In order to get the answers to research questions, the authors surveyed a sample of 130 young men by means of a questionnaire. The authors present the analysis of the research which demonstrates the features of character and moral values which are recognized by young men as the most respectable; as well as moral values and the features they possess themselves. The experience of foreign researchers in the field of ethical effective negotiations has been analyzed.
