Abstract

If Modern Higher Women’s Vocational Collegesdesire to stand out among multiple Higher Vocational Colleges, it is critical to improve their core competency. In order to demonstrate the “characteristic” of characteristic education in it, the following measures should be taken: The first one is to optimize the talent training mechanism, showing its “Direction-oriented” feature. The second point is to establish a brand awareness of professional disciplines, highlighting its “core” advantage. The third one is to standardize teaching administration service, strengthening the “Guarantee” power. The fourth one is to enhance its campus-culture atmosphere, presenting its “Spiritual” style.
