Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Culture, Education and Economic Development of Modern Society (ICCESE 2018)
The 2nd International Conference on Culture, Education and Economic Development of Modern Society (ICCESE 2018) was held on March 01-03, 2018, in Moscow, Russia. The aim of ICCESE 2018 is to provide a common platform for educators, artists, scholars, and students with different cultural background to present and discuss their findings, developments and innovations in the area of education, language, literature, art and design, economics, management and philosophy.
The Conference is jointly organized by International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Russia), Russian State Specialized Academy of Arts (Russia), Shandong Women's University (China), Zhengzhou Yingchun Conference Planning Co. Ltd. (China) and Henan University Minsheng College (China).
ICCESE 2018 has received 471 manuscripts, 297 submissions have been accepted by our reviewers. All papers included into this collection have undergone careful peer-review by 3 experts before being selected for publication.
The Committees of ICCESE 2018 invest great efforts in reviewing the papers submitted to the conference and in organizing the sessions to enable the participants to gain maximum benefit.
We would like to thank the organization staff, the members of the program committees and reviewers who worked hard in reviewing papers and making valuable suggestions for the authors to improve their work.
