Children are the future and hope of the country and the nation. The preschool teachers are the solid strength of children training. It is an urgent problem to be studied about how to advance with the times to improve the construction of preschool teachers. With the development of the times, the State Council proposes to implement free education for normal students at normal universities which directly belong to the Ministry of Education. Based on the understanding and analysis of the education and teaching situation of male public-funded normal students as preschool teachers over the past year, and combining with the actual situation of students, the author proposes the education and teaching strategies for male public-funded normal students in preschool teachers under the new form.
