Abstract

this paper takes the RC type hydraulic cone crusher as the research object, using 3D software Solidworks to set up three-dimensional model , and importing it into ANSYS Workbench analysis software to get finite element analysis model, then adding material into mesh model with steps of meshing ,loading load and constraint. Structure statics analysis was carried out on the moving cone with the result of deformation and displacement distribution discipline under the effect of load stress. The analysis results show that the design of dynamic cone completely meet the requirements of its strength, stiffness and so on, providing reference data for the structure design.
