Abstract

Digital health solutions have made it possible to achieve enhanced patient care and medication administration. To further increase the accessibility of healthcare, this paper, presents the Medical Information Tracker, an AI-based system designed to assist the patient with medication reminders, identification of drug interaction, and a user-support chatbot. The system guarantees effortless user navigation and timely medication reminders, as well as real time information of possible interactions. Our solution aims to minimize risks associated with medications and improve adherence to prescribed therapies through automation and AI recommendation.
