Abstract

The topic focuses on the development of innovative thinking in higher education institutions, considering this a core factor in building an entrepreneurial ecosystem at higher education institutions in Vietnam. Through surveying the current situation and analyzing the relationship between teaching innovation and the development orientation of start-up universities, the study clarifies the factors that promote or hinder the integration of creative thinking into the current teaching environment. Based on foundational theories such as tectonic education, innovation in education and start-up ecosystem model, the topic proposes recommendations to improve innovation capacity in teaching activities, thereby contributing to the formation of start-up culture in the school. The research methodology is mainly qualitative, based on the analysis of secondary literature, academic reports, educational policies and practical experiences from several innovative university models in the world and in Vietnam. The research results provide a theoretical basis and practical suggestions for the restructuring of teaching activities towards creative development and entrepreneurship in the context of digital transformation.
