Abstract

In the context of higher education facing profound impacts from the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the rapid rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the entrepreneurial innovation trend, and the urgent call for sustainable development, traditional training models reveal clear limitations in meeting new workforce demands. This study proposes the Multi-Intelligence University Model with three strategic pillars: (1) Applying AI in governance and teaching; (2) Fostering entrepreneurial mindset and skills; (3) Embedding sustainability principles across the curriculum. The model aims to develop graduates with multi-faceted competencies: strong expertise, creativity, technological proficiency, business acumen, and social responsibility. AI personalizes learning, optimizes progress, and supports faculty. Entrepreneurship is promoted through dedicated courses, innovation incubators, and business partnerships; sustainability is ensured via ESG standards and UN SDGs. The model aspires to produce adaptable, innovative graduates and serve as a blueprint for higher education reform in the digital era.
