- Abstract
Quang Ngai has great potential for marine economic development with abundant resources and a strategic position in regional and international maritime transport. In the context of the whole country entering an era of strong growth, with the goal of double-digit economic growth, the marine economy is identified as one of the pillars to turn the goal into reality. In the stage of completing the merger of provinces and cities, along with strong administrative reforms, decentralization, and delegation of power, new opportunities and challenges are opening up for strong and sustainable marine economic development in the new era.
