The constructivism learning environment is a new type based on information technology. Under the current environment -- rapid change in the conditions of higher vocational students, the four major elements of the constructivism learning environment such as “situation”, “collaboration”, “conversation”, and “meaning construction” are adopted. Through the design and verification of concrete examples of the “motor drive”, the students’ central position is emphasized in the teaching process, constructivism is combined with online teaching, and a learner-centered online teaching is established. The model is an important direction for the reform of vocational education majoring in information technology.
