By collecting data through questionnaires, using spass statistical analysis tools and SEM method, the structural model of influencing factors of college students' comprehensive entrepreneurial ability is constructed. To improve the comprehensive ability of college students' entrepreneurship, we should grasp the key factor: the knowledge quality.
