Abstract

The rapid development of the digital and intelligent era has continuously driven social progress and spurred multiple technological innovations. The three-dimensional visualization model constructed based on Building Information Modeling (BIM) can stereoscopically and intuitively display the geometric shapes, spatial relationships, and reinforcement configuration parameters of various components (such as columns, beams, slabs, walls, etc.) in buildings, effectively supporting the precise calculation of quantities, significantly improving the accuracy of statistics for main materials such as reinforcement and concrete, and providing a strong basis for the rapid and standardized preparation of engineering valuation documents. Taking the course “Construction Engineering Measurement and Valuation” as an example, this paper focuses on how to rely on Guanglianda BIM software to construct a teaching scenario combining virtual and real elements, deepen the teaching reform of engineering cost major, enhance students, professional practical ability and digital application literacy, and provide reference for high-quality teaching innovation in construction engineering-related majors.
