- Abstract
In the current era of rapid development of generative artificial intelligence technology, the industrial design field is transitioning from traditional models to intelligent and data-driven paradigms. However, current industrial design education is unable to keep up with the technological progress and industrial upgrading needs of the era of generative AI, especially in the updates of design tools, changes in educational concepts, and the construction of industry education collaboration mechanisms. To solve this problem, this article combines the technical characteristics of generative AI and industrial application scenarios, deeply analyzes the practical difficulties faced by industrial design education, and proposes a dual-dimensional reform path of Integrating Industry-Education Collaboration and Ideological and Political Education. By deeply integrating the integration of industry and education into the curriculum system, relying on the school enterprise collaborative education mechanism to enhance practical innovation ability, and organically embedding ideological and political elements into the curriculum, with the goal of cultivating students with both technological innovation ability and social responsibility, theoretical basis and practical reference are provided for the high-quality development of industrial design education.
