- Abstract
With the rapid advancement of information technology and its deep integration with industrial transformation, the societal demand for high-level talent has undergone a fundamental shift. The traditional graduate education model, which primarily focuses on knowledge transmission and is teacher-centered, falls short in cultivating students’ core competencies—such as solving complex real-world problems, engaging in critical thinking, and fostering collaborative innovation. This contradiction is particularly pronounced in courses like “Modern Shortwave Communication Technology,” which combines profound theoretical foundations with close ties to engineering practice.
