- Abstract
In response to the issues of strong theoretical nature and disconnection between practice and theory in the “Signals and Systems” course for applied undergraduate education, this paper proposes a modular teaching model of “five-module collaboration”. Through the organic integration of extension, lecture, interaction, practice, and assessment modules, a progressive teaching system of “knowledge transmission - ability cultivation - quality improvement” is constructed. Taking the Communication Engineering major of Zhuhai College of Science and Technology as a pilot, the practice shows that this model can effectively enhance students’ classroom participation, practical ability and job adaptability, providing a reference for the modular reform of basic engineering courses.
