Abstract

This paper starts with the abnormal phenomena in the current situation of domestic painting education, through analysis, it points out that the underlying cause beneath these phenomena is the lack of schema in the author’s mind. It then further expounds the raising background of schema as well as characteristics and relevance of schematism, indicating the important role of schema theory in the development of contemporary painting education.
