Abstract

This paper expounds the significance and role of social functionality of Art specialty in colleges and universities in the cultivation of art talents. Secondly, it is necessary to explore the requirements for art professionals from the perspective of social needs, play the advantages of the second classroom, use practical teaching of art, and serve the rural revitalization and development. Finally, this paper illuminates the enlightenment of art practice teaching of “serving the Yangtze River Delta and revitalizing beautiful countryside” to applied art talents.
