Abstract

this paper aims at studying on perfecting modern agricultural management system in Xingwen county. modern agricultural management system in Xingwen County should start from the following four aspects: (1)to consolidate and perfect family contract responsibility system;(2)to cultivate new type of agricultural operating subject;(3)to enrich the agricultural mercerization management system;(4)to protecting the interests of farmers and establishing a close interest relationship between farmers and other business entities.
