Abstract

Higher vocational counselors face to the students who did not form good learning habits. They want to build a positive learning climate. They should make oneself an example plays the role of model and guidance, and to improve the students’ learning motivation. Counselors themselves should establish the concept of lifelong learning. They should make themselves to be students’ “positive and important others”. They should in guiding the work of both “point” and “face”, and teach students to choose. To improvement students’ learning motivation, counselors should improve the students’ interest in learning, to create appropriate pressure, and create a whole atmosphere in class. In the process of active construction of style of study in vocational classes, students can self management, and teaching benefits teachers as well as students can fully reflect.
