- Abstract
This paper focuses on the integrated application of artificial intelligence and virtual reality technologies in Spanish cultural teaching, designing and implementing an immersive classroom system based on AI virtual scenarios. The system employs Unity3D to construct high-fidelity cultural scenes, and combines XR interactive devices with edge-deployed NLP models to support real-time oral conversations between learners and intelligent agents. By fine-tuning the XLM-RoBERTa model, it achieves intent recognition and pragmatic understanding, while integrating ASR/TTS and knowledge graphs to generate context-aware feedback. The experiment was conducted on 120 students using a control group design, evaluating language fluency, cultural cognition, and sense of immersion. The results indicate that the experimental group exhibited significant improvements in language accuracy and cultural comprehension, verifying the effectiveness of AI-driven virtual scenarios in language teaching.
