- Abstract
Within the theoretical framework of Complex Adaptive Systems (CAS), this study systematically deconstructs the dynamic characteristics and operational mechanisms of the industry-education integration ecosystem. The research identifies three core contradictions currently faced by the system: imbalance in agent adaptability, inefficiency in interaction mechanisms, and impediments to self-organization. To address these issues, a three-dimensional optimization framework—“Support–Coordination–Value”—is proposed, which includes strategies to enhance agent adaptability, improve interaction mechanisms, and stimulate self-organizing capacity. Furthermore, the study suggests that future evolution should focus on deepening the education-industry data feedback loop through digital transformation, expanding resource synergy via internationalization, and redefining value objectives with a sustainability-oriented approach, thereby facilitating the system’s transition toward an advanced “intelligent adaptation–ecological symbiosis” phase.
