Abstract

From the oral communication to the new media era, the transmission mode information quantity is gradually elevated to a higher level. New media technology has created a new way of human communication and social life, it is a great force to effect social change. This paper analyses the essence of new media technology from the angle of philosophy. According to the new media ethics anomie, the paper analysis its causes, and put forward reasonable suggestions. In the new media ethics construction, we should focus on strengthening the technical control, improving the legal construction, advancing the subject moral, enhancing social supervision by public opinion, in order to reinforce the ethics of new media technology.
