Abstract

education is good for the country, but strong for teachers. The development of higher education in the new era cannot be separated from the improvement of teachers’core accomplishment. At the same time, improving teachers’core accomplishment plays an important role in realizing the fundamental task of creating people by virtue and strengthening the construction of teachers’morality and style of teachers. Starting from the teacher’s core accomplishment, this paper discusses the importance of improving the teacher’s core accomplishment to the construction of teachers’morality and style of teachers, and demonstrates the strategy of strengthening the construction of teachers’morality and style of teachers from three aspects of core accomplishment. Under the new era, the quality of higher education has become the focus of social research. As the main body of carrying out education, teachers in colleges and universities should proceed from the core accomplishment of teachers and carry out the educational goal of creating people by virtue. It is of great significance to promote the development of school education with the core accomplishment of teachers and to guide teachers to become the guide of students’healthy growth, the practitioner of self-behavior standard and the model of loving students and students. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen teachers’core accomplishment and establish a long-term mechanism.
