The 2nd International Conference on Indonesian Legal Studies (ICILS 2019). Theme Utilizing Local Wisdom for Stronger Democracy and Sustainable Development was successfully held on 4 September at the Patra Jasa Hotel and Convention Semarang, Candi Baru, Jalan Sisingamangaraja, Wonotingal, Candisari, Central Java, Indonesia
After successfully organizing the 1st International Conference on Indonesian Legal Studies (ICILS 2018) in July 2018, the Faculty of Law, Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), Indonesia, came back again this year to organize the 2nd International Conference on Indonesian Legal Studies (ICILS 2019). The conference of this year carried the big theme of ‘Utilizing Local Wisdom for Stronger Democracy and Sustainable Development’ to address the challenges of global development.
