Proceedings of the International Conference on Innovation and Technology (ICIT 2021)
The 2nd International conference on Innovation and Technology (ICIT) 2021 has been successfully conducted amid the Covid-19 Pandemic 2021. The 2nd ICIT was organized by the Institute of Research and Community Service of Universitas Brawijaya (IRCS UB), Malang, Indonesia. The Conference was designed as an academic platform for exchange of experiences, innovation and technological changes/advances among academia, scientists, professionals, and/or business in global environment; to initiate collaboration in research and technology with local, national and international stakeholders; and to disseminate research results and its application to communities or industries.
This year, the Conference brought an attractive theme on “Bridging Research and Industry through Technological Innovation”. Four prominent Keynote Speakers from four different countries: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eng. Muhammad Aziz (The University of Tokyo, Japan), Dr. Suku Sukunesan (Swinburne University of Technology, Australia), Assoc Prof. Dr. Yeoh Fei Yee (Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia), and Prof. Arifin Noor Sugiharto (Universitas Brawijaya, Malang) were invited to share their insightful knowledge and experience.
The Conference was followed by parallel session on the following Conference topics include, but not limited to:

- Basic science/life science
- Information System & Technology
- Green cities
- Green Industries
- Health and medicine - Management and Business
- Community development
- Social economics
- Public health
- Education 70 oral presenters participated in seven rooms of parallel sessions. A chairperson in each room led the presentations and panel discussions. ICIT Committee provides several alternatives for the follow-up Proceeding, one of which is Atlantis. Twenty manuscripts were peer-reviewed and submitted to Atlantis as one of the proceeding publication media. Finally, the committee would like to highly appreciate the strong support of UB and IRCS UB. We also would like to extend the acknowledgment to the scientific committee, organizing committee and reviewers for their valuable contribution during the conference and peer-review process.
